XHP Fulfillment · Delivery Team · Round 2 — Table-First
Ten ways to make the delivery table answer “what have I claimed?”
You told us: keep the table, and give the delivery team the same at-a-glance state tabs the acquisitions queue has. So every concept in this round keeps a dense data table as the primary surface — and each explores a different mechanism for making my claimed deliveries, their lock timers, and their next actions impossible to miss.

1Scan “Needs Transfer”
The queue's default view: purchased passes waiting for a handoff, soonest event first.
SLA = doors open
2Claim the delivery
A personal 30-minute lock, separate from the purchase claim. Expired locks show “takeover available”.
30-min lock
3Run the handoff
Copy credentials / order #, transfer on the provider, open the URL, or forward the PDF by hand (ParkMobile).
Transfer · URL · PDF
4Prove it
Upload proof of transfer (PDF/photo ≤ 2.5 MB). URL deliveries and ParkWhiz ⚡ auto-transfers skip or fast-track this.
Proof review ⚡
5Mark delivered
Delivered rows leave the queue into the archive. Meanwhile: cancelled passes, failing 15-min checks, reschedules.
Exceptions lane
The gap today: delivery claims exist only as a row-level note inside one undifferentiated table. There's no “My deliveries” tab, no visible lock countdown per agent, and no queue segmentation like acquisitions' Available / In Progress / Issues tabs. Agents re-scan the whole table to remember what they claimed — and stale claims quietly block teammates.
